Jag anv\u00e4nde rotselleri, mor\u00f6tter, palsternacka, purjol\u00f6k och r\u00f6dl\u00f6k. Jag b\u00f6rjade med att t\u00e4rna rotsellerin i stora bitar. Fortsatte sedan med palsternackan och mor\u00f6tterna i mindre bitar. Sedan b\u00f6rjade jag steka dem p\u00e5 medelv\u00e4rme en ganska l\u00e5ng stund. Jag kryddade med curry och spiskummin. Sedan h\u00e4llde jag p\u00e5 hoisin- och teriyakis\u00e5s. Under tiden skar jag upp purjol\u00f6ken och r\u00f6dl\u00f6ken och tillsatte och l\u00e4t steka i ungef\u00e4r 5 min. Till detta serverade jag risnudlar.<\/p>\n<p>Det blev inte en perfekt hit, tur att det bara \u00e4r jag som \u00e4ter den ;).
