Jag tyckte det var enkelt och gott, s\u00e5 jag best\u00e4mde mig f\u00f6r att g\u00f6ra det sj\u00e4lv ocks\u00e5.<\/p>\n<p>Ingredienser:<\/p>\n<p>6-8 potatisar<\/p>\n<p>1 gul l\u00f6k<\/p>\n<p>1 klyfta vitl\u00f6k<\/p>\n<p>2-3 dl vegansk gr\u00e4dde.<\/p>\n<p>B\u00f6rja med att s\u00e4tta ugnen p\u00e5 225 grader. Skala och skiva potatisen och l\u00f6ken. V\u00e4rva sedan potatis och l\u00f6k. Man kan krydda med lite \u00f6rtsalt mellan varven ocks\u00e5. Pressa i vitl\u00f6ken mitt i grat\u00e4ngen, eller blanda i den i gr\u00e4dden. H\u00e4ll p\u00e5 gr\u00e4dden och s\u00e4tt mitt i ugnen.\u00a0 L\u00e5t sedan grat\u00e4ngen vara inne i ugnen ungef\u00e4r en timme.<\/p>\n<p>Till detta serverade jag kidneyb\u00f6nor och mache-sallad.
