Jag kan ju inte bara ha ett alternativ n\u00e4r det vankas grillning, s\u00e5 jag letade upp ett recept p\u00e5 b\u00f6nbiffar. Receptet hittade jag h\u00e4r: (<a href=\"http:\/\/vegetarbloggen.com\/2011\/07\/06\/kraftige-burgere\/\">http:\/\/vegetarbloggen.com\/2011\/07\/06\/kraftige-burgere\/<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>Jag anv\u00e4nde dock ist\u00e4llet kidneyb\u00f6nor i mitt recept:<\/p>\n<p>2 dl kokta kidneyb\u00f6nor<\/p>\n<p>1 dl valn\u00f6tter<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd dl vetemj\u00f6l<\/p>\n<p>1 liten schalottenl\u00f6k<\/p>\n<p>Lite soya<\/p>\n<p>Salt &amp; peppar efter smak<\/p>\n<p>Jag hackade valn\u00f6tterna grovt och mosade b\u00f6norna och blandade ihop dem. Sedan adderade jag resten. Som ni ser sn\u00e5lade jag lite p\u00e5 mj\u00f6let s\u00e5 att biffarna skulle h\u00e5lla ihop b\u00e4ttre. Sedan formade jag tv\u00e5 biffar och l\u00e4t dem st\u00e5 kallt (i lite mer \u00e4n 15 min).
