(En tidigare variant: <a href=\"http:\/\/hestben.dyndns-ip.com\/public_html\/?p=158\">http:\/\/hestben.dyndns-ip.com\/public_html\/?p=158)<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Ingredienser (8 portioner):<\/p>\n<p>2 st Broccolibuketter(~500g)<\/p>\n<p>2 Knippen r\u00e4disor<\/p>\n<p>1 Purjol\u00f6k<\/p>\n<p>1 R\u00f6dl\u00f6k<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd dl Theriyakis\u00e5s<\/p>\n<p>1\u00bd dl Hoisins\u00e5s<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd dl sweet thaichilis\u00e5s<\/p>\n<p>1 Burk kokosmj\u00f6lk (400g)<\/p>\n<p>3 dl Kokta kik\u00e4rter<\/p>\n<p>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:<\/p>\n<p>Sk\u00f6lj och sk\u00e4r broccolin i mindre broccolibuketter. L\u00e4gg dem i en gryta och l\u00e5t dem fr\u00e4sa medan du sk\u00e4r de andra gr\u00f6nsakerna (minst 5 minuter). Sk\u00e4r under tiden r\u00e4disorna, skiva purjol\u00f6ken och hacka r\u00f6dl\u00f6ken grovt. L\u00e4gg i resten av gr\u00f6nsakerna i grytan och l\u00e5t fr\u00e4sa ihop n\u00e5gra minuter. H\u00e4ll p\u00e5 s\u00e5serna och kokosmj\u00f6lken. Addera till sista kik\u00e4rterna och l\u00e5t allt bli varmt. Servera tillsammans med ris.<\/p>\n<p>Omd\u00f6me: Jag tycker att det blev bra. Kanske blir det lite mix av smaker att ha b\u00e5de theriyaki-, hoisin- och sweet thaichilis\u00e5s. Jag hade dock inte mer theriyakis\u00e5s, s\u00e5 det var d\u00e4rf\u00f6r jag improviserade. Det var d\u00e4rf\u00f6r jag h\u00e4llde p\u00e5 kokosmj\u00f6lken ocks\u00e5.
