{"id":30,"date":"2013-01-09T22:32:56","date_gmt":"2013-01-09T21:32:56","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/hestben.dyndns-ip.com\/public_html\/?p=30"},"modified":"2013-01-09T22:36:31","modified_gmt":"2013-01-09T21:36:31","slug":"hostig-lasagne","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.hestben.se\/MilitantVeganHippien\/?p=30","title":{"rendered":"H\u00f6stig lasagne"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Detta \u00e4r en \u00f6vers\u00e4ttning och anpassning av ett norskt recept som jag hittade p\u00e5 <a href=\"http:\/\/sunnmiddag.wordpress.com\/category\/h%C3%B8stvintermat\/\">http:\/\/sunnmiddag.wordpress.com\/category\/h%C3%B8stvintermat\/<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Ingredienser<\/p>\n<p>1 stor r\u00f6dl\u00f6k<\/p>\n<p>2 vitl\u00f6ksklyftor<\/p>\n<p>400-500 g champinioner (Det verkar inte vara s\u00e4song p\u00e5 kantareller nu, annars kan man ta h\u00e4lften av varje)<\/p>\n<p>2 dl vatten<\/p>\n<p>1 gr\u00f6nsaksbuljongt\u00e4rning<\/p>\n<p>2 msk tomatpur\u00e9<\/p>\n<p>salt &amp; peppar<\/p>\n<p>1 burk kidneyb\u00f6nor (300-400g) (kan uteslutas)<\/p>\n<p>Lasagneplattor<\/p>\n<p>Bechamels\u00e5s (2msk olja, 3msk mj\u00f6l, 2dl sojamj\u00f6lk)<\/p>\n<p><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p>Fr\u00e4s hackad r\u00f6dl\u00f6k i lite olja tills den blir mjuk. Tills\u00e4tt hackad svamp och vitl\u00f6k. S\u00e4nk v\u00e4rmen och l\u00e5t svampen svettas bort vattnet. Tills\u00e4tt vatten, buljongt\u00e4rning och tomatpur\u00e9. L\u00e5t sm\u00e5koka till v\u00e4tskan har reducerats (koka bort till ungef\u00e4r h\u00e4lften). Krydda med dina favorit\u00f6rter (jag tog basilika och timjan om jag minns r\u00e4tt) samt salt och peppar. Tills\u00e4tt kidneyb\u00f6nor om du vill ha lite mer mat.<\/p>\n<p>G\u00f6r en tjock bechamels\u00e5s (jag gjorde p\u00e5 k\u00e4nsla, s\u00e5 lita inte helt p\u00e5 m\u00e4ngderna jag angav h\u00e4r ovan). V\u00e4rm upp olja i en kastrull, tills\u00e4tt mj\u00f6l s\u00e5 att det blir klumpar, sp\u00e4d med mj\u00f6lk under omr\u00f6rning och krydda med muskot.<\/p>\n<p>Varva nu svamps\u00e5sen, lasagneplattor, bechamel i flera lager och avsluta med bechamel h\u00f6gst upp i en ugnss\u00e4ker form. Gr\u00e4dda i ugnen ca 30 min p\u00e5 200 grader. Servera med gr\u00f6nsallad.<\/p>\n<p>Omd\u00f6me:<\/p>\n<p>Jag tycker detta blev riktigt gott. Jag var imponerad av mig sj\u00e4lv.
