H\u00e4r kommer receptet:<\/p>\n<p>Ingredienser:<\/p>\n<p>2 \u00bd dl dinkelflingor (eller havregryn)<\/p>\n<p>1 &#8211; 1.25 dl fikon, aprikoser eller dadlar &#8211; hackade<\/p>\n<p>3 msk agavesirap (eller vanlig sirap)<\/p>\n<p>2 msk olja (jag brukar anv\u00e4nda rapsolja som inte ger s\u00e5 mycket smak)<\/p>\n<p>2 msk linfr\u00f6n<\/p>\n<p>En nypa salt<\/p>\n<p>1 dl vetegroddar (orginalreceptet anv\u00e4nder proteinpulver h\u00e4r, men jag k\u00f6r mer naturellt)<\/p>\n<p>1 dl grovt dinkelmj\u00f6l (eller grahamsmj\u00f6l eller vanligt vitt mj\u00f6l)<\/p>\n<p>1 dl vatten<\/p>\n<p>0.75 dl kokosflingor<\/p>\n<p>50 g m\u00f6rk choklad &#8211; hackad<\/p>\n<p>B\u00f6rja med att blanda dinkelflingor, hackade fikon\/aprikoser\/dadlar, sirap, olja och linfr\u00f6n.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/hestben.dyndns-ip.com\/public_html\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/12\/P1020199.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-420\" alt=\"P1020199\" src=\"http:\/\/hestben.dyndns-ip.com\/public_html\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/12\/P1020199-300x225.jpg\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.hestben.se\/MilitantVeganHippien\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/12\/P1020199-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.hestben.se\/MilitantVeganHippien\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/12\/P1020199-1024x768.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.hestben.se\/MilitantVeganHippien\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/12\/P1020199-400x300.jpg 400w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>H\u00e4ll p\u00e5 salt, vetegroddar, mj\u00f6l och vatten och blanda till s\u00e5 det h\u00e5ller ihop ganska bra. L\u00e5t svalna och sk\u00e4r sedan i l\u00e4mpliga portionsbitar och packa i sm\u00f6rg\u00e5spapper.
