Rensa bort &#8220;tr\u00e5darna&#8221; fr\u00e5n pumpak\u00e4rnorna och l\u00e5t dem lufttorka en stund p\u00e5 hush\u00e5llspapper. Bred ut p\u00e5 ett bakpl\u00e5tspapper p\u00e5 en ugnspl\u00e5t och h\u00e4ll \u00f6ver lite olivolja och salt. R\u00f6r om.<\/p>\n<p>St\u00e4ll in i ugnen. De ska st\u00e5 inne ungef\u00e4r 10 minuter, tills de b\u00f6rjar bli bruna. Det g\u00e5r snabbt, s\u00e5 kolla dem noga. R\u00f6r om n\u00e5gra g\u00e5nger under tiden.<\/p>\n<p>Sen kan man \u00e4ta dem som snacks.<\/p>\n<p>Like I wrote before, the pumpkin seeds should be saved for preparation in the oven.<\/p>\n<p>Set the oven to 225-250 degrees Celsius. Remove the &#8220;threads&#8221; from the pumpkin seeds and let them air dry some minutes on house hold paper. Spread on a baking paper in a oven container (ugnspl\u00e5t anyone). Add some olive oil and salt and mix it.<\/p>\n<p>Put it in the oven. They should be there for about 10 minutes, until light brown. When they start to darken, it goes really fast, so keep an eye on them. They should be mixed some more times, when in the oven.<\/p>\n<p>Enjoy as snacks.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>English below.
