I vanliga potatispl\u00e4ttar tar man ju n\u00e5got \u00e4gg och mj\u00f6l och blandar i. Jag blandade i lite soyamj\u00f6lk och lite vetemj\u00f6l. Det funkade ganska bra.<\/p>\n<p>Recept:<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6verbliven potatismos<\/p>\n<p>En skv\u00e4tt soyamj\u00f6lk: till 4dl potatismos r\u00e4cker det nog med \u00bd-1dl<\/p>\n<p>Vetemj\u00f6l &#8211; ungef\u00e4r lika mycket som mj\u00f6lken.<\/p>\n<p>Sen l\u00e4gger man i pl\u00e4ttar av \u00f6nskad storlek i en stekpanna och steker n\u00e5gon minut p\u00e5 varje sida.<\/p>\n<p>Till detta brynde jag lite sockerb\u00f6nor och serverade med lingonsylt (min favorit). Det kanske blev lite konstigt med b\u00f6nor till. Man kan testa att ta soyakorv ist\u00e4llet.
